Common questions
What is Form CR9 used for?
Under the Companies and Other Business Entities Act, notice of consolidation, conversion or split of share capital is filed on Form CR9.
Do share transfers have tax implications?
They can, for example capital gains tax or stamp duty. We’ll flag when you should speak to your accountant or ZIMRA before signing.
Can a PBC transfer interests?
PBC members hold interests rather than shares, and transfers follow different rules. Tell us your structure and we’ll advise.
