Common questions
How do I know if my company needs re-registration?
If your company was registered on the old paper system and you haven’t re-registered online, it likely does. Send us the name and number and we’ll check.
What if my annual returns are behind?
Up-to-date annual returns are normally needed for re-registration. We’ll file any outstanding returns as part of the process.
What happens if a company is deregistered?
It loses its legal standing and its name can become available to others. Restoration is possible in some cases but is slower and costlier than staying compliant.
