Common questions
Why does the CR6 matter?
Banks, tender evaluators and suppliers rely on your CR6 to confirm who runs the company. An outdated CR6 causes delays in opening accounts and bidding.
Can a director resign without the others’ agreement?
A director can resign, but the company must still record and file the change. We’ll handle the paperwork and advise if the company needs a replacement.
Is the CR14 still used for directors?
Under the old Companies Act, directors were listed on Form CR14. Under the Companies and Other Business Entities Act, directors and secretaries are filed on Form CR6.
