Common questions
What documents do I need to register a company?
Certified copies of national IDs or passports and proof of residential address for every director and shareholder, plus the registered office address. We send you the exact list for your structure.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. You can do everything on WhatsApp and email. You’re welcome to visit if you prefer to deliver documents in person.
What happens after I’m registered?
You receive your certificate and company documents. Most businesses then register with ZIMRA for a tax number, and with NSSA once they employ staff.
