Common questions
What is an annual return?
A yearly statutory filing that gives the Registrar a snapshot of your company — its name, registered address, share capital, directors and secretary. It is not a tax return.
What if I haven’t filed for several years?
We can file all outstanding returns and bring the company up to date. It’s best done before it affects re-registration or leads to deregistration.
Do I need audited financials?
No. The annual return is a non-financial filing with the Registrar. Tax returns are filed separately with ZIMRA.
