Quotes and fees

Prices on this website are starting prices. Your written quote sets out our service fee and any government or authority fees. Work starts once the quote is accepted and payment terms in the quote are met.

Government fees

Fees paid to the Registrar of Companies or other authorities on your behalf are non-refundable once paid, even if an application is withdrawn.

Timelines

Processing times depend on the Registrar and other authorities and are outside our control. We give realistic estimates and keep you updated, but cannot guarantee approval dates.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information and documents you give us are true, complete and that you are authorised to provide them. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect information may lead to additional fees.

Refunds

If we have not started work, our service fee is refundable less any costs already incurred. Once work has started, refunds are assessed on the work completed.

Liability

We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for decisions of the authorities or for losses arising from information you provided.
